Tire

The tires will help to maintain the proper handling when you drive. If you notice the vehicle pulling in one direction or the other, the tires could be the issue. It might also be the steering or issue with the joints. The best way to figure out the source of the issue is to bring the vehicle in so we can inspect it for you. This way we can locate the place of the issue and have it repaired for you as soon as possible. If you notice when the problem occurs, pay attention to what is making it happen. This can help us locate the specific reason quicker. Make sure to follow the recommend maintenance schedule designed for your vehicle.

Rotations

The tires will need to have a rotation based on the recommended schedule. If you are not sure when this should be done, we would be more than happy to recommend the schedule. Sometimes this is based on what types of roads you drive on, and how often. Along with a rotation schedule, there should be an alignment schedule for your tires. The alignment is based on how the tires travel when you drive, if they are off center, it could end up doing more strain and stress to the parts of your vehicle. It will also cause the tires to wear unevenly as well when you drive.

Inspections

It is also recommended to look at the air pressure on each tire of your vehicle. The correct amount you can find listed in the owner’s manual of the vehicle. This will tell you how much air each tire is capable of holding, and the ideal amount. You can also bring the vehicle in for an air pressure inspection with us. We can fill the tires with air for you, and give them a look to see if we notice any damage that might have occurred to them. Fixing the issue is important so no further damage occurs to the tires or your vehicle.
